We built Galvafy
because we got tired of pretending.
Tired of tools that claimed AI but delivered a button. Tired of platforms that required 6 months to implement and 3 vendors to maintain. Tired of dashboards that showed data without telling you what to do with it.
Galvafy started with a simple thesis: AI should replace work, not just assist with it. Not a copilot that autocompletes your sentences. Not a summary of a document you already wrote. A system that takes a task, does it, and shows you proof it did it right.
We built Forge first — an SDLC orchestration tool that restructures software development around actual AI execution. 38% of tasks AI-replaced. 51% AI-augmented. 7 gates where a human has to make a judgment call. Every phase closes with a scorecard showing exactly what AI did and how long it took.
Then we built Cortex — because the same ops managers using Forge kept asking "but what's happening across the rest of the business?" Cortex unifies their data sources, answers questions in plain English, and surfaces signals before they become problems.
Core ties it together — one identity, one subscription, one API. Not a bundle. A platform.
