We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company), information generated by your use of Galvafy products (usage data, API calls, query logs), and technical information (IP address, device type, browser). We do not sell your data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve Galvafy products, process payments, send service notifications, and provide customer support. We do not use your data to train AI models without explicit consent.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with trusted sub-processors necessary to provide our services (cloud infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery). We require all sub-processors to maintain equivalent data protection standards.

4. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Audit logs are retained for 2 years. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support@galvafy.com.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are SOC 2 Type II certified. We conduct annual penetration testing and quarterly security reviews.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@galvafy.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.
