Terms of Service
Effective date: June 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Galvafy products (Forge, Cortex, Core, and any other products), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Galvafy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Galvafy uses Core for authentication — you may use Microsoft OAuth, Google OAuth, or email/password login.
3. Permitted Use
Galvafy products are for lawful business use only. You may not use Galvafy to violate applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts platform availability for other users.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Core is included at no extra cost with every paid subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
5. Intellectual Property
Galvafy retains all rights to its products, platform, and technology. You retain ownership of your data. By using Galvafy, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the contracted services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galvafy's liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our products is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. For questions: legal@galvafy.com.
